Children Policy:

• Each room of accommodation can accommodate a maximum up to two (2) children under 11 years old by sharing an existing bed.
• Children between 0 – 5 years of age can share the bed with parents without surcharge.
• Children between 5 – 11 years of age can share bed with parents with a surcharge for breakfast at IDR 150,000 net/day/person.
• Children over 11 years of age will be charged as an adult (extra bed required).
• Baby cot shall be supplied free of charge and must be requested at the time of reservation.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• One-night amount is required as a guarantee for booking confirmation.
• Free modification and cancellation are allowed until 8 days before the arrival date.
• Cancellation and amendment received 7 days before arrival, or failure to arrive will incur a one-night deposit amount.
• The due balance of the payment should be settled upon check-in.
