Dining Above the Rice Fields
Kunang-Kunang is the Indonesian word for firefly, a small creature often associated with healthy natural surroundings. It is a fitting name for a restaurant set on the upper level of the lobby, framed in bamboo, and looking out over green rice fields.
The kitchen, curated by Chef Andy, serves modern Indonesian flavours alongside refined Western favourites. Kunang-Kunang Restaurant is open daily from 7 AM to 11 PM, which means the same view carries you from morning coffee through to a slow dinner.
Dishes Our Guests Come Back For
Iga di Uma. Nusantara-style pork ribs, and a good introduction to the kitchen’s Indonesian side.
Steak Au Poivre Pasta. A Western favourite prepared with care, for guests who would like something familiar after a day of exploring.
Chicken Satay. A classic, served with traditional peanut sauce and its accompaniments, and always a crowd-pleaser.
Our à la carte menu is available throughout the day, so you are welcome to dine whenever it suits you.
