Children Policy:
- Each room of accommodation can accommodate a maximum up to two (2) children under 12 years old by sharing an existing bed.
- Children between 0 – 3 years of age can share the bed with parents without surcharge.
- Children between 3 – 11 years of age can share bed with parents with a surcharge for breakfast at IDR 150,000 net/day/person.
- Children over 11 years of age will be charged as an adult (extra bed required).
- Baby cot shall be supplied free of charge and must be requested at the time of reservation.
Payment & Cancellation Policy:
- One-night amount is required as a guarantee for booking confirmation.
- Free modification and cancellation are allowed until 15 days before the arrival date.
- Cancellation and amendment received 14 days before arrival, or failure to arrive will incur a one-night deposit amount.
- The due balance of the payment should be settled upon check-in.
